Opus 134 - 149 (1988-89) This series of eight paintings and eight pastel drawings, was inspired by Alexander Scriabin’s symphony, Prometheus: The Poem of Fire. A visit in 1988 to the Emile Nolde Museum in Northern Germany, also added an extra dimension to the heightened sense of being I felt as I worked on this series. Three paintings from the series:  |
